Management & Leadership

Women in Leadership

A growth journey that turns mid-career potential into real leadership.

The business challenge

Why organizations ask for this

Pipelines do not thin by accident. They thin at the points where confidence, visibility, sponsorship and business fluency compound, and those are exactly the points where generic leadership programmes are silent. Companies that are serious about a strong presence of women in senior positions have to build it deliberately.

Approach & methodology

How the programme actually runs

9 months · 7 days face-to-face + digital journey · Blended HPLJ: workshops, webinars, speakers, coaching, mentoring, peer circles, business simulation, capstone certification · RO / EN

Assessment & preparation

One-to-one interviews with selected participants, analysis of the results for customisation, and a personal development plan per participant.

Kick-off event

Welcome event with senior management engaging live or on video, introduction to the PROMOTE digital platform, an inspirational speaker, and selection of a mentor from the internal “pay it forward” mentor pool.

Module 1: Leading Self, with confidence (3 days face-to-face)

Self-awareness, self-belief, assertiveness and a speak-up mindset when dealing with authority. Leadership presence and personal branding. The Process Communication Model with an individual profile. A confidence and resilience workshop across the four energy areas (emotional, mental, physical and scope) with an individual action plan taken into coaching.

Module 2: Leading the Business

Strategic mindset and rethinking company strategy; financial fundamentals: balance sheet, P&L, cash flow, key ratios and investment analysis; industry trends, technology impact, competitor benchmarking and SWOT; data-driven leadership; panel discussions with industry leaders and internal specialists. A six-round business simulation runs across the module.

Module 3: Leading People (4 days face-to-face)

Data storytelling and presentation skills (context, narrative, visuals) on real work data. Agile performance management and team development. The five Multiplier skills: Talent Magnet, Liberator, Challenger, Debate Maker, Investor, with a self-assessment of your own style.

Coaching

Monthly one-hour online sessions with ICF-certified coaches on the GROW model, minimum three sessions per participant, so they can then use it with their own teams.

Peer circle

Monthly 60-minute groups of maximum nine participants plus one coach: a safe space to discuss learnings, ask advice, share difficulties and celebrate success.

Capstone project & certification

Teams choose a real strategic or operational topic, build the business case, and present it live to the senior leadership team at a certification and celebration event in month nine.
