Management & Leadership

Mini MBA: Business Navigators

A condensed MasterClass MBA series for senior leadership, business fundamentals, deep business understanding, developing people, and mastering the processes that actually run the company.

The business challenge

Why organizations ask for this

Functional excellence stops scaling the moment a leader cannot connect their decisions to the P&L. Silos harden, business cases get rejected for reasons nobody explains, and cross-functional work becomes negotiation instead of collaboration. Senior leaders need one shared commercial language.
