Management & Leadership

Team Efficiency

A leadership event for board members and senior management teams, vision, strategy and people, aligned in the same room.

The business challenge

Why organizations ask for this

Management teams are usually a set of parallel accountabilities sharing a calendar. Without a charter, explicit decision rights and the ability to disagree productively, each member optimises separately and the organization pays for the seams.
