Kick-off & self-awareness
One hour online: leadership welcome, programme outcome and structure.
The single highest-leverage manager skill: asking instead of telling, built on the GROW model, with peer circles that keep it alive after the workshop.
Three realities show up in almost every organization we work with. Growth takes a back seat: managers focus on operational delivery and leave people development behind. Feedback is a weak motivator: it is corrective rather than constructive. There is no shared coaching language: every manager improvises, and the inconsistency confuses teams.

One hour online: leadership welcome, programme outcome and structure.
Why coaching matters now; what coaching is and is not, contrasted with mentoring, training and consulting; experiencing safety versus fear in a conversation; the GROW model; the Ladder of Inference; core skills: active listening, powerful questioning and silence; a first practice round on real workplace cases.
A deep dive into each step of GROW: Goal: clear and motivating objectives; Reality: facts versus assumptions; Options: broadening choices; Will: commitment and accountability. Structured practice with feedback.
Two one-hour online sessions per group, one every three weeks in the months after the workshops, where the habit is actually formed.
GROW end to end: goal, reality, options, and a commitment the person owns.
Understand the situation from where they are standing before offering anything.
Say it early, say it specifically, and leave the person able to act on it.
Resist solving it, so the capability stays with them next time.
Senior leaders, managers and team leaders.

Yes, and it always is. We start with two to three individual conversations with selected participants, then rebuild the cases, the language and the practice situations from your business.
Kirkpatrick levels one to four: reaction, knowledge, self-assessed behaviour, and the participant's manager assessing the same competencies. We agree the target behaviours with the sponsor before design starts.
Digital missions and buddy work on PROMOTE, with the participant's own manager involved. This is the difference between 15-20% and 60-80% transfer into practice.
