Management & Leadership

Change Management

Change fails on adoption, not on design. Two days that build the adoption muscle, starting from what the change means for each person in the room.

The business challenge

Why organizations ask for this

The plan is usually sound. What is missing is the sponsorship discipline, an honest resistance map, and the persistence to run change past the point where the enthusiasm of the launch has worn off. People do not resist change; they resist being changed without a picture of what success looks like for them.

Day 1: The need for change

Why change is necessary, both personally and for the organization. What this change actually consists of. The picture of success in twelve months seen from four perspectives: shareholders, customers, employees and your own.

Day 2: From picture to action

The strategic directions required to reach that picture. What role each person plays in it. Final debrief and commitment.

Yes, and it always is. We start with two to three individual conversations with selected participants, then rebuild the cases, the language and the practice situations from your business.

Kirkpatrick levels one to four: reaction, knowledge, self-assessed behaviour, and the participant's manager assessing the same competencies. We agree the target behaviours with the sponsor before design starts.

Digital missions and buddy work on PROMOTE, with the participant's own manager involved. This is the difference between 15-20% and 60-80% transfer into practice.
