Stakeholder Management

A condensed, intensive and practical approach built on case studies, reflection and feedforward, identify everyone with an interest in your project, then manage their interests and expectations so the project runs as smoothly as possible.

The business challenge

Why organizations ask for this

Technically sound initiatives fail politically. Stakeholders are identified once, at kick-off, and then treated as a distribution list rather than a live map, so resistance surfaces late, the veto arrives from a direction nobody watched, and the project pays for it in months.

How the programme actually runs

Prework + 2-day workshop + 2 h follow-up · Interactive workshop · optional TTI Success Insights profile per participant · RO / EN

Prework

A study case, a short video and a reading, to arrive with the problem already in mind.

Personalisation

A discussion with a selection of participants so the workshop runs on the organization's real stakeholder map.

Stakeholder analysis: the what and the way

What stakeholder analysis is for, and the four steps of doing it properly.

Communication types

Reading stakeholder communication styles using the TTI Success Insights methodology, with an optional individual profile and debrief.

Win-win strategies

Using the opinions of the most powerful stakeholders to shape the project early (their input genuinely helps) and anticipating people's reactions so the plan already contains the actions that win their support.

Stakeholder communication and engagement

Communicating early and frequently so stakeholders understand what you are doing and why it benefits them, which is what turns passive tolerance into active support.

Follow-up

A two-hour online team coaching session to refine and consolidate the skills.

Consolidation

Tasks and missions that apply the newly learned skills to the live initiative.

Competencies built

What participants can do afterwards

Influence

Shape the project early with the people who could stop it later.

Negotiation

Trade between competing interests without losing the objective.

Relationship management

Treat the stakeholder map as live, not as a kick-off artefact.
