Critical thinking in business: clearer decisions for a safer future

This event has taken place

Online

Why a panel dedicated to critical thinking?

The last few years have brought a context of accelerated change – digitalisation, AI, budget pressures, organisational transformations and the need to respond quickly to unpredictable situations. In this setting, critical thinking has become one of the essential competencies for leaders, HR and teams: it is no longer a “nice to have”, but a skill for survival and differentiation.

The panel organised by Smart HR Event, in partnership with Marco Polo CEE, was created precisely to answer this urgent need: to openly debate what critical thinking means in practice and how it can be cultivated in organisations.

What makes this panel different?

  • It brings together specialists from various fields – consultancy, HR, business & financial, leadership – to offer complementary perspectives.
  • It does not stay at a theoretical level, but brings concrete examples of how critical thinking is applied in real situations: budgets, performance reviews, strategic planning.
  • It offers participants the chance to interact with experts and to understand how this competence can be built at a personal and organisational level.

To take part in this panel you need to register (free of charge) in the Smart HR community using the link you will receive in the registration confirmation email.
